Portland Cycle Ride

Tuesday 20th July Cycled from Rugby Club along the  Rothin Trail to Chesil Bank. Then followed the cycle path across the causeway to Portland Marina and Portland Harbour. It was a very hot day and roads very busy. We found a nice quiet sandy beach by the Yacht Club where we had two swims and a picnic lunch before heading back to Rugby Club via a different route. Mostly off road and very scenic. Total miles 17
