Barton Farm CL Weare Giffard

Now at our favourite CL in N Devon. Today very hot day so we cycled from the site to Instow along the Tarka Trail. The Trail was lined with banks of wild flowers, the tide was in so the Estuary was a shimmering blue and Bideford known as the little white town was glistening in the sunshine. (I lived here for 8 years). The beach was not crowded, so after our picnic lunch we went for a walk along the beach looking towards Braunton Burrows. Then back to CL arriving just as our farms 200 dairy cows were making their way from their pastures for milking. Organic milk. Arthur was a source of interest for some! Tonight we have a stunning sunset.
