Monday 2nd November Weare Giffard CL

We left  Baltic Wharf Campsite for two nights at one of favourite CL’s at The Barton Farm Weare Giffard nr Great Torrington.  Arriving early we were able to make a short drive out in the car to Bideford, Appledore Quay, where we found a carpark with overnight camping for motorhomes, and Northam Burrows nr Westward Ho! the weather was wet and very windy we had difficulty standing up on top of the Pebble Ridge which divides the Burrows from the long sandy beach.
