Bletchley Park

Now at The Old Dairy Campsite nr Milton Keynes. Basic facilities ok for a couple of nights direct access to canal for walks andĀ  for cycling but narrow towpath. We had a booking to visit Bletchley Park home of the Codebreakers and birthplace of modern computing. We spent 6hours visiting the various rebuilt huts as they were during the war years. AllĀ  with details and interactive displays of how Alan Turing and other agents broke the German Enigma and Lorenz ciphers. The team also developed Colossus the worlds first programmable digital computer.
