Bude

Set off on bikes today from site down to Bude. Quiet road to start then onto disused railway then along canal into Bude. Heaving! very heavy traffic. Sat on Downs overlooking beach to have our lunch then returned to cycle path along canal towards The Weir where we met a very helpful man(a sustrans Guide) on a bike who led us along tracks towards Widmouth Bay. Very scenic. Then it was a road ride back to our campsite. Circular tour about 7 miles.
