Noto

We said our goodbyes to friends as we were heading south and they were going towards Palermo Ferry. The sun was shining after a few cloudy days so it was a pleasant drive along the coast stopping first at Siracusa, interesting harbour, for coffee and  Avola, fishing spot and old ruin, for lunch. Then a short drive to Noto where we found a Sosta nr the beach. Had a nice walk along the sandy beach and promenade. The place is deserted everywhere shut up, the holiday  season hasnt started yet. We’ve not been visiting any of Sicily’s historical sites as we’re a bit templed and ancient ruinsout After Greece!
