Loches to Brioude

Tuesday 16th Loches Aires situated nr the Citadel, bit scruffy but OK for overnight stop. Rain in night and misty am. Easy drive today using scenic D roads good surface roads and light traffic. Via Chateauroux Montlucon and Clermont Ferrand. We like the new speed restrictions as it gives us plenty of time to view the countryside. Arrived at Brioude Aire with time to walk around the historic centre. Weather has cleared now.
