Sunday out in MG for last climbs of our Tour. We first drove to Holme Moss a spectacular A road with a steep gradient popular with cyclists, passing them slogging up the hill was like following Tour de France! At the summit it was very windy couldn’t stand without holding onto car.  wonderful view of Peaks. Then on to Snake Pass popular with bikers enjoying the sweeping bends. Two good climbs for our last day.

Few facts about our Tour.

We have driven 1,000 miles in the MG. we have stayed on 11 different campsites in 9 different County Areas. Only using Ordanance Survey Maps to navigate by. We have  climbed 40 of the 100 hills as described in our Greatest Climbs Book. Some used in the past in motorsport. We have taken 34 days so far.

We are now visiting friends before travelling to Silverstone for the MG Car Club MG Live Meeting next weekend.
