Meteora

Reluctantly we had to say goodbye to the beautiful camping Sika and the Pelion Peninsular as we set off on day 23 of our Tour of Greece  We took the non toll road passing through a flat agricultural area with lots of fields down for hay and ripening corn. We arrived at Meteora region it is here the Greeks famously built their monasteries precariously perched high on local rocks.
