Dunster Castle nr Minehead

Sunday. Brilliant day out at National Trust Dunster Castle, starting as a Saxon stronghold over 1,000 years ago before being developed into a Victorian country house more recently home to the Luttrell family for over 600 years. There is an impressive 18th century working watermill as well as beautiful botanical gardens as well as the usual historical rooms inside the castle.

Arriving back to our campsite at Kentsford Farm we found our route blocked by the farms herd of Muscovy Ducks they did not want to move!
